Triple can release! Tropic Vision Fruited Sour + 2 IPAs

This triple can release will feature three beers - Tropic Vision Fruited Sour, Lock IPA #10: 40 Foot Prism, and the second batch of Space Donkey, which is Hayburner with Galaxy hops.

Lock IPA #10: Forty Foot Prism is the next in our series of IPAs that explore the range of fantastic flavors that can be found in hoppy beer. The shape of the Erie Canal is actually a prism - 4 feet deep, 28 feet wide at the bottom, and 40 feet wide at the top. This hazy and creamy IPA is equally as complex as the canal shape. Brewed with wheat, oats, handpicked Mosaic hops, and blended with El Dorado and Belma hops, this beer yields wonderful flavors of passion fruit, strawberry, and melon, with a touch of earthy dankness in the finish. 6.4% ABV. $14.99 / 4-pack

DDH Hayburner / Dayburner Labor Day Can Release

For Labor Day weekend we're featuring a Hayburner variant extravaganza with not just one but TWO variants of our flagship IPA! Both beers will be on sale at our tap room on Friday 9/4 at 11am.

1) Dayburner Refreshing IPA. Dayburner (last seen as part of the 2019 Ballpark Series) is an even brighter and more drinkable version of our flagship IPA. Brewed with Citra, Idaho 7, Cascade and Zeus hops, Dayburner is a refreshing beer with orange and tangerine hop flavor, best enjoyed on a relaxing day. 5.4% ABV.

2) DDH Hayburner. One of our most requested beers. This Double Dry-Hopped version of our flagship American IPA features even more bold citrus, stone fruit, and dank hop flavor and aroma for a more intense hop experience; yet, this beer remains as drinkable as the original. Double dry-hopped with Falconers Flight, Galaxy and Mosaic hops. 7.2% ABV.

Bidwell Wild 2020 release

This is the third (and likely the final) release of Bidwell Wild, a wild ale brewed in collaboration with the Elmwood Village Farmers Market. The beer will be released at our tap room on Friday August 28 at 11am.

Bidwell Wild uses unsold fruit (the 2020 version features berries, peaches, and grapes) from local farmers (the 2020 version uses fruit exclusively from Erdle Farm) as a source of wild yeast and bacteria instead of brewers yeast.

This beer is aged approximately 2 years prior to sale in wine barrels from Leonard Oakes Estate Winery.

The result is a sour and complex beer with fruit and berry notes. The 2020 version features red grape, strawberry, and other dark fruit notes, and is more like a robust red wine than previous iterations of this beer.

To our knowledge, this beer is the first to be sold using native yeast purposefully collected from Western New York.

A portion of sales will be donated back to the Elmwood Village Farmers Market.

$16 / 500 mL bottle available only at our tap room. No limits. Will be available on draft for pours at our tap room as well.
