Buffalo Beer Week came and went, and what a week it was. We were at 11 events in 10 nights, bringing a limited amount of our beer to a few places.
And now!
As of October 16th, one week from today, we’ll be fully open for distribution. YES!!!
The festivities will begin at Pizza Plant on Transit Road from 5-7pm on Thursday 10/16. For those of you less inclined to hit up the northtowns, some of us will also be at Ebenezer Ale House at that same date and time. After that, we’ll all meet up at Coles and Mister Goodbar from 8pm to 11pm (and beyond).
On Friday 10/17, we’ll be at Blue Monk from 5-7pm. Some of us will also be at MacGregors on Maple Road at that same time if you’re not in the city. We’ll wrap things up that night at Griffon Pub in Niagara Falls from 8pm to 11pm (yes, and beyond….)
On Saturday 10/18, we’ll be at the Oktobeerfest beer festival at the Buffalo Niagara Convention Center from 3-7pm, and we’ll follow that up with an after party at Colter Bay Grill from 8pm until, well, you know the drill…
Finally, on Sunday 10/19, we’ll be at Premier Gourmet serving up samples from 11am to 1pm with growlers for sale so you’ll be set for the Bills game.
At every one of these events, all three of our beers will be on tap. If you’re not keeping score thus far, this includes Low Bridge Hoppy Golden Ale, Excavator Rye Brown Ale, and Hayburner American IPA.
Can’t make it to any of these events? Beginning on 10/16, you should be able to pick up a beer from us at many other bars, restaurants, and retail locations around town:
Alternative Brews
Anchor Bar (Transit)
Armor Inn Tap Room
Brennan’s Bowery Bar
Brickyard Pub & BBQ
Consumer’s Beverages
Craving
Jack Astor’s Bar and Grill
Mohawk Place
Public House of Buffalo
Rohall’s Corner
Santora’s Pizza Pub and Grill
Village Beer Merchant
(As I'm writing this: isn't it fan-freaking-tastic how many great places there are to pick up good beer in and around Buffalo? Yeah, we certainly think so!)
Finally, before you ask: tap room construction is ongoing and (to this point) on schedule. Updates to come shortly on our grand downtown opening.
For now though, we are thankful to be at the end of this part of our journey. Next week, we’ll have a blog post filled with thanks to everyone that has gotten us this far. Come on out, share a beer with us, and Celebrate, Buffalo!
