NEW MENU UPDATE IS LIVE!
Here's a first look at some of our new tap room food that we're serving up right now!
Nashville Pizza - Bechamel base, Nashville hot maple chicken, mozzarella cheese, pickles.
Apple Brie Melt (Vegetarian!) - Cinnamon baked apples, brie cheese, arugula on grilled sourdough.
Pulled Pork Sandwich - Slow smoked pulled pork, Excavator BBQ sauce, coleslaw, served on toasted Costanzo roll.
Vegan Stuffed Peppers (Vegan!) - Twin bell peppers stuffed with wild rice & black bean corn relish, served over roasted red pepper marinara with garlic toast.
Fried Cheese Curds (Vegetarian!) - Garlic breaded cheese curds served with marinara.
Sundried Tomato Tortellini (Vegetarian!) - Ricotta cheese stuffed tortellini, spinach, onions, cherry tomatoes tossed in sundried tomato pesto cream sauce.
We've also REVAMPED our PIZZA menu to include new offerings like Cup and Char Classic Pepperoni, Margherita, and Tuscan!
And - for gluten sensitive guests, we've also added on the ability to sub a GF roll for any sandwich, or sub a Cauliflower crust for any pizza!
