We have a new menu available beginning today! Check out our new menu items:

COUNTRY FRIED STEAK - Deep fried sirloin steak, mashed potatoes, seasonal vegetable, smothered in country sausage gravy.

CHICKEN BACON RANCH PIZZA - BBQ base, pulled chicken, red onions, bacon, mozzarella cheese, chipotle ranch dressing

LOADED SPROUTS - Brussels sprouts, bacon, apples, sweet potatoes, red onions, finished with apple cider glaze.

FINAL BEER RELEASE OF 2021!

We're excited to present our final beer release of 2021 on Friday, December 17th at 11AM, available only at our tap room through this weekend:

1) PANIC BUYING - Double Dry-Hopped Double IPA. The perfect beer to buy right before the holidays! This double IPA is brewed and double dry-hopped with Mosaic, Cashmere, and Meridian hops, which results in citrus, pineapple, berry, candied spice, and dank earthy aroma and flavor. It’s creamy and delicious. Get it before it’s gone. Forever! 8.0% ABV

2) BEER THAT TASTES LIKE BEER - Scotch Ale. This festive and warming scotch ale features slight fruitiness from the ale yeast used and rich, caramel, raisiney malt flavor with a touch of roast. Orange peel is then added to lend a light citrus flavor to the beer. 7.3% ABV

We're opening a new production brewery downtown!

Today, we’re officially announcing that we’re planning on opening a Production Brewery at 101 Oak Street in downtown Buffalo. It is anticipated that the new Production Facility will begin producing beer by next spring.

The added capacity of this new Production Brewery will enable us to proceed with plans to utilize our current facility at 55 East Huron Street as an Innovation Brewery to produce more specialty and experimental beers.

As there will be no retail operations at the new Production Brewery, Big Ditch Brewing’s Tap Room at 55 East Huron Street will be unaffected.

We remain committed to proceeding with completion of our Destination Brewery at 6700 Transit Road in Williamsville as it is an integral part of our long-term plans. The start of construction of this project has been delayed until such time as impacts related to the pandemic, such as increases in material costs and availability, subside.
