Join us for Stoutsgiving 2023, our annual celebration and beer release of our favorite dark, malty, and strong beer: The Stout.

This year we'll once again have NINE (9) new beers plus one "vintage" beer for you. All beers will be available in draft, and several will be available in bottles or crowlers to go.

The lineup for 2023:

Bourbon Barrel Aged Aqueduct Imperial Stout 2023. Erie Canal Aqueducts were designed to carry canal towpaths over adjacent rivers and roads. Aqueduct was aged in Heaven Hill bourbon barrels just long enough to marry roast and chocolate flavors from the base beer with vanilla and toasted flavors from the bourbon barrels. 10.5% ABV. Draft and 500 mL bottles.

Aqueduct Rare 2023. This Rare version of Aqueduct was aged in a single 15-year 1792 bourbon barrel for a year before bottling by hand. The result provides an even stronger bourbon and oak finish to our rich and roasty stout. 10.5% ABV. Draft and 500 mL bottles.

Aqueduct Double Barrel 2023. This Double Barreled version of our bourbon barrel aged imperial stout was aged first in a Hartman's Distilling bourbon barrel from Buffalo, NY before being transferred to a barrel previously holding maple syrup. We then blended the finished beer with maple syrup. The result provides additional sweetness and complexity to our rich and roasty stout. 10.5% ABV. Draft and 500 mL bottles.

Aqueduct Rum 2023. This version of our imperial stout was aged in a rum barrel to add a caramelized sugar finish to our rich and roasty stout. 10.5% ABV. Draft and 500 mL bottles.

The Tower 2023. Not a stout: still awesome. We brew The Tower to celebrate the coming of the new year. This beer was aged in a Wild Turkey Rye Whiskey barrel as we hoped the subtle rye spice would complement the toffee and honey character of the base beer. 11.4% ABV. Available in draft and 500 mL bottles.

Mudlarked Imperial Stout with Rocky Road. Brewed with 9 different malts, milk sugar, cocoa nibs, and flavored with marshmallow, vanilla, and almonds, this beer is as thick as mud. 10.0% ABV. Draft and crowlers only.

Mudlarked Imperial Stout with Pecan Pie. The same rich Mudlarked stout base with pecans and toffee added. 10.0% ABV. Draft and crowlers only.

Peanut Butter Cookie Stout. A roasty, creamy milk stout brewed with peanut butter and vanilla wafer cookies. 6.0% ABV. Draft and crowlers only.

Mele Kaliki-mocha. Merry Christmas! A "Hawaiian" blonde stout brewed with cocoa, coffee, and coconut. 6.3% ABV. Draft and crowlers only.

Vintage - Aqueduct Port. 2022 Aqueduct aged in a Port wine barrel, lending complex flavors of currant, plum, and toasted oak to the dark chocolate character of the base beer. 10.9% ABV. Draft and crowlers only.

Kringle Juice is available now!

Kringle Juice IPA

Santa's favorite IPA is available now at the tap room and has been making its way across our distribution footprint this week.

About Kringle Juice: At the end of a long night of delivering presents, we imagine that Santa’s had enough milk and cookies and instead, loves to settle in with a juicy and delicious IPA. Kringle Juice features an initial blast of orange and tangerine in the aroma that blends with flavors of pear and kiwi over a silky smooth mouthfeel. This beer pairs extremely well with caroling, mistletoe, and good tidings. 7.0% ABV.

Turkey Trotter is back for 2023!

Turkey Trotter

Turkey Trotter is back! This refreshing blonde ale featuring crackery malt flavor and light hoppy fruit flavor is the first beer brewed specifically to celebrate the long standing tradition of the YMCA Buffalo Niagara Turkey Trot. A portion of all proceeds from this beer supports YMCA Buffalo Niagara’s efforts to strengthen the WNY community. 4.7% ABV.

The YMCA Turkey Trot has been a Buffalo tradition since 1896, extending its legacy as the longest consecutively run footrace in the world. Registration for the YMCA Buffalo Turkey Trot is open and available online at www.ymcaturkeytrot.org. The Turkey Trotter beer cans also contain a QR code which can be scanned to register for the Turkey Trot race.  

Turkey Trotter is available now at our tap room in 6-packs and draft! OKTOBERFEST WEEK at the tap room!

Get ready to raise your steins, it’s Oktoberfest week at the tap room!

THE FOOD - All week! We’ve got Oktoberfest inspired food specials all week leading up to Friday’s Oktoberfest beer release!

CHICKEN SCHNITZLE - Deep fried chicken breast served on a toasted pretzel roll topped with pickles, lettuce, red onion, and lemon garlic aioli.

OKTOBERFEAST - Twin grilled Hanzlians bratwurst sausages over a bed of sauerkraut , bacon, and apples served with a side of rye toast and spicy mustard.

JAGERSPAETZLE - Warm German spaetzle dumplings topped with wild mushroom gravy finished with parmesan cheese and green onion.

THE BEER - OKTOBERFEST BAVARIAN STYLE LAGER - Available on draft and 4-packs (16oz cans) Friday!

OKTOBERFEST BAVARIAN STYLE LAGER - This German-style malty lager features notes of toasted bread, fig, and a light touch of honey on the finish, with a fairly light and refreshing body for the style. 6% ABV.
